FUEL SURCHARGE RATE

Due to
the potential for significant fluctuations in market prices for
vehicle fuel, we reserve the right to assess a fuel surcharge on
shipments and the fuel surcharge percentage may change without notice. Any such surcharge will be applied in an
equitable manner to all shipments having similar characteristics and
will be applied for such periods as we may determine necessary.
